This has been ongoing for a year and a half. They have not completed the paving of the roads (both city and private), the installation of street lights, the removal of exposed electrical at the entrance to Shelby Park, nor have they finished getting the storm water approved by Metro. > > Worst of all, we have been informed that the bond has expired and is accruing interest. > > When asked for a response, the owner is evasive and gives generic answers. > > I would never recommend buying from nor doing business with this company or the owner.
