**Q: How are these posts connected to the deck?** *(in Product Questions)*

Are there holes in the bottom plate to secure to deck?

A: Thanks for your interest in Udecx! The post come with a mounting plate that replaces the camlocks where ever a post is installed. The plate is also secured to the deck with deck screws included with the post. The post bolts to the mounting plate.

**Q: How to lay the pavers ?** *(in Product Questions)*

Do I need sand or dig the grass before lay these pavers ?

A: You do not require laying sand, however we do suggest removing the grass at the pier locations . This allows for the piers to rest on undesturbed soild.

**Q: What is the height of this deck from the ground once assembled?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: The surface of the finished deck is 6" off the ground. This can be raised with our shims and risers.

**Q: Can modular decking be installed on membrain roof?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: The issue with installing over a membraine roof would be securing the piers without damaging the membraine roof. Also, most membrraine roof slope about a 1/4" per foot, so the Udecx pation would also have that slope to it. Please feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions you may have. How high does deck go

My current patio isn't leveled it lower than house floor

A: The UDECX system without shims or risers is 6" off the ground when installed.
