> We are late providing this review, in part because it is difficult to put into words how pleased we are with LJBC and with the dream home they built for us!  LJBC built our fairly large one-story home in about 6 months.  By choosing LJBC we saved THOUSANDS in construction loan interest.  By no means, however, did speed negatively impact the quality of the build.  Rather, LJBC lays out a precise timeline for the entire build and their high-quality subcontractors are expected to follow the timeline.

> We never ONCE had trouble reaching any of our friends at LJBC.  Their responsiveness is off the charts.  In addition, it quickly became obvious that we didn’t need to be in the weeds on every single thing.  The folks at LJBC wanted it “right” as much as we did.

> EJ and his team were great to work with.  First, they've got a great eye for design.  EJ is introducing a more contemporary look and feel to Northwest Arkansas, one  that differs from the Tuscan styled, earth-toned homes that you'll find in the majority of developments in the area.  They pay attention to the details down to things like the placement of multiple light switches in rooms with multiple points of entry.   While the homes he's built in our neighborhood have a similar design theme, he makes sure there's something unique about each of them. No cookie-cutter layouts here.  His team is excellent to work with.  They are patient, flexible, and responsive.  We partnered together to create the perfect home. I've moved quite a bit for my career.  This is my 12th place and my favorite by far!!!

> Process was good but a little dated on how things were done.  Finished 1 month ahead of schedule on a large house.  Some money was wasted that could've been saved if someone would've assisted or been more detailed oriented.  I'm still trying to get small things corrected but having a hard time. I did not like a few of the sub contractors they used and those bad contractors don't really care about the home owner because the builder is who pays them and gives them repeat business.  For the amount of money that I paid, I expected things to be fixed in a prompt and professional manner.  I hate leaving sub par reviews but I hope this will inspire someone to fix the things that need to be fixed.
