I’ll update this review or post a new one once the product is installed. > > Buyers beware: These issues could be easily resolved if Hakwood showed more care for its customers. **★ — Cathleen Gouveia, Nov. 2023** > I am a Past Presidnt of ASID Northern California and I cannot recommend this product nor "Hakwood' for use any high end design project. In our experience, the color variation was far, far beyond normal limits with the "Valor" product. We received colorations for our project which appear in Valor, Pure and many other represented samples we were supposed to choose between. The long awaited floor material came in shades of violet, orange, yellow, beige and grey with wild diversely different grain patterns and textures. The company never bothered to send an agent to troubleshoot the issues nor apply normals standards of care in addressing the issues at hand. We are still waiting for them to make things right as we are going on WEEK TWELVE as shipment of household goods has been hung up as we face even more delays due to inferior product. **★★★★★ — VA Hutchison Flooring Ltd, Aug. 2016** > We have worked with Hakwood on many occasions and the product quality is second to none.
