> Please find another company to do business with, because this business is very lacking in knowledge of how to run a business.  After waiting 6 to 7 weeks for my order to come in on backordered bullnose tile pieces to finish my bathroom, the wrong color arrived.  Maybe if they had a computer, rather than paper, this problem could have been averted.  Once the mistake was made it took yet another 5 days and still no one contacted me to say if and when the right tile would be available and arrive.  This whole experience with Tile Barn shows lack of customer respect.  If I had known at the start that the complementary bullnose would not be available I would have made another selection.  Nothing was even offered as a way to make this right!!!  I have another bathroom to do and they have lost my business.  I have no recourse except if this reaches a few hundred people.
