Being from out-of-state, we visited there several times in 2016 and viewed several new developments. In Briar Meadows we met David Adame, a home builder with Trinity Builders LLC. He showed us spec-homes he was building, but we desired items that were did not satisfied by spec-homes. We then turned to a custom build and researched potential lots on which to build while we designed our new home plan. After a time, we focused on a lot in Stone Brier for which we entered into contract, but quickly learned of unacceptable downsides so we terminated. During our research we stayed in touch with David Adame whom we trusted based on his integrity and genuine interest in helping us. > We shared our custom plan with David who provided us with a cost estimate to build. David openly shared detailed answers to our many concerns. What developed was complete trust in David as a builder who was open and honest with us. Not finding a lot in Bryan/College Station, we expanded our search to the nearby Woodlands area and settled to build with a Magnolia, Texas address.
