I had suffered several losses and Jimknew I wanted a fresh start in my home. We met and talked several times about the extent of the work I wanted done and finally after these meetings Jim made his suggestions. My entire first floor was to be opened with raised ceilings in the kitchen, new windows throughout, a completely remodeled and enlarged bathroom and my bedroom doubled in size by taking out a wall. > > After that Jim handled the rest of the project to completion. Hie hired the best general contractor who, with Jim , supervised all the labor and construction. Then the project really became fun for me. We talked many times before the actual shopping began and when it did, it was pure joy. > > We started with the kitchen and bath selecting tile and fixtures. The combinations of color and textures as well as the quality of the actual materials was amazing. Picking out granite and marble was a little tricker because Jim always took my budget restraints into consideration and worked within my parameters. We shopped at 3 or 4 different locations until the perfect granite and marble was discovered....clean, modern and breathtakingly beautiful. Floors were next...hardwood stained a beautiful gray tone that everyone comments on. > > Jim was there every step of the way.
