Our project was done from 1000 miles away and Brad was very accommodating. He is very professional and easy to get along with. Our finished project is unbelievable. He is open to suggestions and works around schedule and project changes with ease. The built in storage areas behind the spare bedroom doors, under the dining area bench and beside the fireplace are wonderful for storing "stuff". Radiant heating is perfect; even heat and no dust like from forced air heat. The bench and storage space in the room entered from outside or the garage is a perfect "mud room". Having three bedrooms and two full baths in this space seems almost impossible but is a big plus. The large windows and high ceilings in the dining, living and kitchen area makes it seem quite large. The benches are a must and are used often. The drop down ladder in the garage is great for seasonal storage.
