A project that was to last 10-12 working days turned into 3.5 months. Everman chose to make changes to the agreed-upon design and executed contract without discussing them with us and we constantly had to ask for things to be fully completed that we had already paid for. The working schedule seemed to be a few hours here and there, a few days here and there then a span of time without showing up at all. > > We ended up removing items from the agreement to get this project to completion. We plan to finish a few ourselves and hire another contractor to complete/fix the work that was done. Overall, the work had poor quality/craftsmanship and was an overall unpleasant experience working with Everman. > > I would not recommend this contractor. If you do I would put every single detail in the signed agreement and also not pay until he is 100% complete with items in the pay schedule.
