Importantly, not only is the quality of the work top grade,  Chris Bilek is detail oriented, proactively raises questions, and brings solutions to issues as they arise.  This is our 4th renovation/construction project and no builder has been more responsive and vested in the project.   Project manager Lou has been terrific, kind, and thoughtful and all subs have been responsive and courteous.  All in all the best builder we have worked with.
