Started by Joseph Pikul over 50 years ago, the company continues to evolve under the leadership of Joseph’s children, David Pikul and Susan (Pikul) LeBlanc. Joseph’s business strategy was simple – offer something for everyone with a commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Today, David and Susan still follow their father’s guiding principle: show the customer a true value. David and Susan have transformed Charlton Furniture from a small “country” furniture store into three galleries showcasing fresh styles, new collections and unbeatable prices. Both take pride in the beautifully handcrafted American-made furniture, unique accessories, and quality upholstery and leather pieces, which can be found throughout each showroom. Susan’s attention to detail and passion led to the addition of a 12,000-square-foot showroom in 1998 and an on-site design center. David’s love of furniture led to the creation of the bedding department that carries premium lines, including Tempurpedic, Serta and Gold Bond. ### Services Provided - Custom Furniture - Furniture Sales - Furniture Delivery ### Areas Served - Worcester - Webster - Southbridge - Auburn - Oxford - Charlton - Spencer - Dudley - Leicester - Sturbridge - North Brookfield - West Brookfield - Brookfield - Fiskdale - Holland - East Brookfield - Charlton City - Cherry Valley - North Oxford - Quinebaug - Rochdale ### Typical Job Cost $99 - 200,000 costs vary depending on items needed and quantity. The quality and style of furniture pieces, as well as good price points is always right on at Charlton Furniture. Their staff is friendly and their customer service is exceptional. I always appreciate their level of communication on following through with all orders whether it is small or large. Their showroom is well stocked without being too overwhelming and a place I feel comfortable bringing my clients to furniture shop. **★★★★★ — Vartanian Custom Cabinets, Jan. 2017** > Every aspect of my experience with Charlton exceeded my expectations. The sales/design staff are very helpful and honest. I ordered a few custom pieces and purchased a couple more off the sales floor and three years later, I'm still satisfied with the way my furniture looks and functions. My furniture arrived on time as promised and was delivered by a top notch team. Quality people, great business and a gem of a showroom. **★★★★★ — Kathleen Rheaume, Jan. 2017** > Charlton furniture is a fabulous business to work with. My living room renovation turned out beautifully thanks to their designer, Barbara. She spent many hours helping me to find the right pieces and colors to create a room that exuded my personality and life style. **★★★★★ — Tricia shea, Jan. 2017** > Everyone was extremely helpful and they went above and beyond to provide the best pricing and product. They also allowed us to move things round in the showroom to see how it all pulled together. When the fabric selection came in high, they chose other similar fabrics, overnighted them for review and saved us almost $1,000! **★★★★★ — Cindy Hammett, Jan. 2017** > Ordered 2 livingroom chairs from them. Judy the salewoman we had was great and very patient while we picked out fabrics and chair > styles ( taking home fabric samples a few times) They have beautiful > furniture in all different levels of price and quality, plus they have > an outlet section too. We would very much recommend Charlton > Furniture. **★★★★★ — Diane dabrowski, Nov. 2016** > Hello, > I have been a customer of Charlton furniture since 1990. I have found them to offer some of the highest quality furniture you can find in our area. The prices are very reasonable when you understand the difference between fabrics and construction. Susan and her staff go out of their way to help you and the deliveries have always been on time and very professional. They have 3 buildings filled with furniture so the variety is enormous. The dining room set I bought in 1990 has not even needed a screw tightened after all these years of use nearly every day! I have no hesitation recommending Charlton Furniture! Diane Dabrowski **Comment from Charlton Furniture Co Inc.:** > Thanks Diane! It's always a pleasure doing business with you. Hope to see you again soon. ## Selected projects - [Furniture](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/furniture-pj-vj~1020960) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 16 - [Dining Rooms 2](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/dining-rooms-2-pj-vj~2057800) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 11 - [Living room](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/living-room-pj-vj~2180507) - Location: Windham, CT - Photos: 24 - [Bedrooms](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bedrooms-pj-vj~2057894) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 12 - [Dining Rooms 1](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/dining-rooms-1-pj-vj~2057701) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 16 - [Occasional Tables](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/occasional-tables-pj-vj~2055014) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 14 [See all 6 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/furniture-and-accessories/charlton-furniture-co-inc-pfvwus-pf~1737953680) ## Community Q&A **Q: Name of fabric on sofa and chairs please.** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi Nancy!
