He was knowledgeable, a great communicator and easy to work with. Kyle is now carrying on the tradition. Kyle is more than a contractor; he is a meticulous builder. After being in the homebuilding business his entire life his knowledge is incredible. He has great vision and understands how to analyze a situation and build it. One of the things we most appreciate is " Kyle does not cut corners and will not do a job any way but perfect." He has subcontractors, some of them who have worked with him for more than 25 years, that he communicates well with. About 5 years ago Kyle remodeled the entire interior of our current house in Nine Mile Falls. This remodel included raising the ceiling, new doors, custom bookcases and beautiful trim work. At the present time he is finishing a large, covered patio for us. It is amazing. If you are looking for a contractor to build you a new home or remodel an existing one, call Kyle. One caveat. If you're looking for cheap and fast Kyle is not your guy. If you want the highest quality and are willing to pay a reasonable price, you can't find a better contractor.
