I was really impressed with her customer service - she was very quick with responses and was able to find the laminate sample I had received from a wholesaler so they could order the product for me. The installation team was professional, quick and hardworking. I am so happy with my new floors! Working with Crystal and team was so easy and the end result is great. The process from beginning to end was clear, transparent, and without surprises or extra costs. I wanted to upgrade my condo's carpet and old laminate flooring and was looking for something that looked a bit rustic but that is waterproof as I have a senior doggie that has accidents from time to time. I first contacted Jesse through Yelp to get a quote and he replied within 5 minutes. We set up an appointment, he came over to my place with flooring samples, he took measurements, and gave me a quote for everything including material, labor, and moving furniture. I chose a rustic luxury vinyl plank floor that is 100% waterproof, looks like laminate, and has a nice rustic texture to the touch. The area is about 600 square feet. I got approved by my HOA within two weeks, and right after I called Jesse to schedule an installation date. A week later Jesse's guys came and finished 90% of the floor on day one and the rest the following day. The guys ran out of baseboards and the installation of the baseboards had to be left for another day.
