**★★★★★ — Tania, June 2017**

> I'm a homeowner and ran into a problem with my tile supplier so had to switch. I called them off their website and they gave me the names of a few good distributors of their tile in my area and even checked the in stock status of their product. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable even dealing with a non professional. I used 2 colors of their Opal tile in my project, the Gray and the White (that has gray undertones) have had nothing but compliments. Highly recommend their products!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Grout colour** *(in Photo Questions)*

Does anyone know what colour grout is used in this photo? And the make?

A: This picture was sent to us from the tile factory, they arranged everything for the photo

**Q: tile for the bathroom** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Can you use any kind of tile for the bathroom around the tub or shower?

A: Christine,
If you're looking to put some tile in the shower itself we make subways tiles that look amazing in bathrooms. If you look under our projects at the country line or the opal line. If you're looking for something bigger we just got in a new line called Mash Up which you can also find under our projects.

Best,
Siena Decor

**Q: Love the undefasa ceramica wall tile! What grout color did you use?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi! Thank you for your interest in our product, we used white grout for this project.

**Q: Do I must have tile floor for bathrooms?** *(in Polls)*

We're having radiant heat throughout the house, including bathrooms. We have picked out a dark wood engineered floor elsewhere, except bathrooms. Can I extend my engineered wood floor to bathrooms?

A: If you want a wood look in your bathroom but don't want to risk the water damage, we have plenty of wood look porcelain tiles that are perfect for areas that have a lot of visitors.

Siena Decor

**Q: Can't decide on floors for a whole house remodel, help?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I love the oiled wood flooring and am considering it in our new home. I am considering the DuChateau Vernal Collection, or the Kahrs oiled floors. We have 4,000 s.f. so this will not be an inexpensive endeavor. We are also considering tile, for easy maintenance, but of course nothing seems to work for coastal design as well as wood floors. I am trying to weigh the pros and cons. I'd appreciate any input on how well the oiled floors hold up with kids and pets and what the maintenance issues are like. Thank you so much.

A: Hi Arley,

If you're still looking for your "dream floors" we have a porcelain tile that is extremely similar. It's called the Tavola and the color is park, you can look under our projects to see it installed. If you have any other questions or would like help finding a store near you, please feel free to message me.

Best,
Siena Decor
