> As said before, Denisa and Leah are very professional and talented.  Even though we love our kitchen, we wanted CAD drawings to show potential buyers how our kitchen could be transformed to what young buyers want today.  They came up with wonderful ideas on how to make it much more appealing for buyers looking for the "open concept" by removing some walls and re-configuring the kitchen.  They worked within our schedule and were very flexible with appointments.  We have been in our home for 34 years and it has been a great family home, but are planning on moving out-of-state for retirement.  If we were going to stay, I would consider implementing the CAD drawings in a remodel!  I highly recommend them for any project you may have!  A joy to work with!
