Cleaned up. The pavilion is meticulous and installed exactly where it needed to be installed. The cost of our 20x26 foot pavilion kit initially was a bit of sticker shock, but I don't think it could be done for less without a kit. The installation team was professional, thorough and efficient. They built our gazebo in just a few hours, and it is GORGEOUS! It took a bit of work, but we couldn't have been happier with the customer service or the resulting structure. It has transformed our backyard. We have several parties planned for this spring and summer and they will all be in the backyard. We added wiring on the pavilion for lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan, to keep it pleasant no matter how hot it is. We also purchased a propane heater so we can be outside even late into fall or on cool spring and summer evenings. In the attached picture, my son threw a party for his school band in late November and they were able to enjoy being outside despite the cooler weather.
