Ron was patient with me from start to finish - helping come up with a design for the patio and taking time to explain his process. A lot of contractors didn’t want to explain their process to a woman. Melissa kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Ron and Melissa **★★ — Kevin Laughlin, March 2018** > Overall their company did a good job on the project they completed for me at my home. However, they were very unrealistic concerning the timeline in which the work would be completed. They came out and bid my job in June and then told me I had to send in 50% of the estimate in order to get on their schedule. After they received the 50% down payment they assured me my work would be complete by mid to late July. Then at the end of July with the work still not completed I was told it would definitely be done by mid August. At the end of August I was told they would get on it right after Labor Day. Then at the end of Sept I was told mid October. The work was finally completed towards the middle of November. I understand there are delays in the construction business but I do not understand a delay of 4 months. They did do a nice job on the project but I probably would not use them again.
