He will take the time to walk you through the different options you have in completing a project and what makes options might make the most sense and best use of your budget based on your family's.  We are a growing family and weren't sure if we're going to stay in our home long-term or move to a larger home at some point.  Terry helped us by explaining what would be the best projects to take on at this time depending on our future plans.  This is what makes Terry someone who goes above and beyond what a regular contractor would do. He is invested in helping his clients to have the best possible experience and "bang for their buck".
