> Not professional, I paid extra money for leveling my floor with a special cement, I got a flooring with valleys and hills, with consequent big gaps under the  baseboards, impossible to fill.
> I got many gaps among the hardwood tiles ang one of them with different shades installed where I can see it every day.
> Pros: they are faster then a lightning and the owner is very polite
