> I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the epoxy floor and countertop installation performed at my residence.
> The flooring continues to show visible cracks, which I believe are the result of insufficient preparation. The surface remains rough, suggesting that proper sanding, cleaning, and sealing were not completed. In addition, the countertop edges were left incomplete, with portions of the wood still exposed. The molding around the perimeter was never removed, leaving corners uncovered despite your assurance that “Don’t worry, it’ll get covered.”
> During our previous discussion, I raised concerns about the unevenness of the floor. Your response—that this was not your responsibility—was both concerning and dismissive, especially given that no alternative solutions were offered. Furthermore, the total time spent on this project (two to three hours) was inadequate for delivering quality workmanship on any flooring installation.
> In addition to the workmanship issues, I must also address the financial matter. I loaned you $10,000 with an agreed repayment date of June 10, 2025, at a monthly interest rate of 30%. This agreement was made with the understanding that you are responsible for the epoxy project,  while repaying the loan by the contracted date. Despite multiple follow-ups, repayment has not been made. Instead, you have stated that you “don’t owe me anything” and that this was a “favor,” which is factually incorrect and inconsistent with our agreement.
> I have submitted photographs that clearly document the poor quality of work performed. I have also been patient and understanding of your circumstances, but at this stage, both the unresolved construction issues and the unpaid loan remain outstanding.
