> Hoss Development has a top-notch, full service offering in home construction that I experienced firsthand in the teardown and build of my new home. One of the owner/operators, Roy Hosseini, was my point of contact who quickly provided a detailed and accurate budget based on a deep understanding of my vision and inspection of the existing property. As a university educated engineer, Roy greatly improved build designs for aesthetics and durability. Also, with a keen sense of style, Roy enhanced the interior design (and landscaping) by suggesting many options that were both modern and practical. Additionally, Roy displayed advanced knowledge of city bylaws and urban forestry requirements, while routinely communicating with neighbours and resolving any disputes. Hoss Development was always on site to oversee construction and treated my home as if they were building it for themselves. I highly recommend Hoss Development and would not hesitate to work with them again.
