> We hired Dennis to put in an exterior door that’s 96inches wide three years ago. There is no flashing, no waterproofing, nothing holding it down, no fastening. There is just a small bead of silicone in front of the threshold on some bricks. This caused a significant amount of water to leak into the house under our brand new floors. We now have to completely reinstall the door and redo the floors. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your construction needs
