> Olias, being the owner and nearly sole jobsite worker, did a marvelous job building my custom designed pergola and privacy screen. He is very personable, friendly, and competent. All issues and changes necessary due to site constraints were fully discussed and resolved. The build site was kept orderly and totally cleaned at both the end of the work day and the completion of the project. The project was completed in a timely basis and within the cost estimates.
