> I hired Sahand to turn my basement into a 2 bedroom basement apartment I could rent out and he did a fantastic job that left me speechless. He made sure to create a floorplan that was functional for our tenants, and keep some storage space for us as well. The entire process went by so smooth and effortlessly. Sahand and his team were present at our house on time everyday as promised and he made sure to notify us of the progress and if it was time for us to choose our finishes. Everything was done with high quality materials and the quality of the work was as if I purchased a brand new home from a builder. The work was done super clean, with attention to detail, and I not ONCE was told we were over budget. Thank you Sahand for making this a stress-free project for us! 5 stars all around!!
