We had quite the "elaborate" design as we wanted something Victorian looking with an open floor plan. 3 Pillar worked with us hand-in-hand with every last detail. He was willing to be available for us whenever we wanted to sit down and discuss our plans for the home. The building process went well. We really liked our production supervisor. He worked very hard to try to keep us on schedule and was available to us when we needed him. If at any time during the build if something didn't meet our expectations the supervisor remedied the situation. We feel our home is well built and the quality level of the finished product definitely met our expectations. We love our home! Also, I am a real estate agent and I have been through many homes. I know that every home doesn’t have that high quality "solid" built feel, but our home does.
