> Desert Star Construction is THE BEST home builder/remodeler in Phoenix. A couple of years ago, they revamped our entire rear patio and the rooms adjacent to the back. Jerry Meek and his team gave us exactly what we wanted! And, they look at the project as if it is their own home, which shows how much they care about the end-product. We have a few more things to do inside our home and they are the only builder I trust!

**★★★★★ — Brown Bird Designs, Sept. 2015**

> The professionals at Desert Star Construction were experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I worked with them on a few projects when I was the Director of Sales and Design at a prestigious, high-end custom cabinet company named Ellis Woods (that has since closed it's doors) and we did their custom cabinetry. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would recommend them to anyone building a custom home!

> We have used Desert Star on three different projects and have found Jerry and his team to be the best

> in the business. They have all been very loyal to Jerry because he has treated them fairly. We have
> become close to Jerry and his family and admire the closeness and love we see within their relationship.
> We would never have any other company work for us in the future. They are five star all of the way.

> I have never come across a homebuilder who is so committed not only to their clients but to their industry. Desert Star Construction gets to know each and every nuance of the families that they build for, and they painstakingly and considerately work that information in to every last detail of the home project. As they do this, they are acutely aware that they represent the entire homebuilding and design industry. They are true craftsmen and they continuously educate their team members and go above and beyond to make sure their work is reflective of the best that the industry has to offer. This is a truly inspirational group.

> Desert Star provides a level of service that I've never seen before. Owner Jerry Meek is a hands-on guy, a great communicator, with exacting standards of excellence. Everyone on his team is playing their "A game." They also have the loyalty of craftsmen (not just tradesmen) in every building trade. On top of this, they are committed to sustainability and are setting a new standard there, as well.

**★★★★★ — Montague Design, Sept. 2013**

> Green Design Innovation worked with Desert Star Construction and Jerry Meek on a large residential construction project. As the Interior Designer working on the project, I can attest to the integrity, honesty and professionalism that were exhibited from start to finish.
>
> From the onset of the project, Green Design was treated with respect for our knowledge and expertise. Areas of project responsibility were established that allowed us all to work as a partnership team.
>
> The finishes involved intricate design of both wood and tile. The quality of the construction team was superior in executing the design to the client’s complete satisfaction.
>
> There was open communication with the client that allowed us to keep the project on task and on schedule. As issues arose during the construction process, we worked together as a team offering the client the best solution.
>
> I would work with Jerry Meek and Desert Star Construction in a minute. The enjoyment of seeing the client’s satisfaction with the finished project is priceless.

> The final product is outstanding. I can't say enough great things about DSC. They took 10 old hotel rooms and turned them into beautiful living spaces. They look like brand new apartments. Every person on the team was professional and worked well with all of the subcontractors, volunteers and residents living at our shelter. Doug, the superintendent, was very responsive and willing to help anywhere he was needed throughout the project. DSC is the highest integrity home builder I have ever worked with.

> Desert Star Construction was my general contractor in a total remodel of my new home, requiring the existing home to nearly be demolished and then rebuilt. They did an extraordinary job in the planning, construction and follow through. The project was a large home on a mountainside that I required to be done exceedingly quickly and without excessive costs -- Desert Star exceed on both counts. I can high recommend their services.

**★★★★★ — Claire Ownby, Aug. 2013**

> I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jerry and his well assembled team on a project and the process was exemplary. I would highly recommend Desert Star Construction to my clients, family and friends.

> DSC built a custom home for us in 1997. I received the keys on the day it was promised to be finished! Over the years, we received numerous compliments on the quality of the house, and we enjoyed feeling construction was the best. Over the years, I have always felt DSC was the company to call for any referrals for craftsmen for repairs, maintenance or improvements.
>
> Do I like this company? YES, they are handling the renovations of a home I just bought in Paradise Valley. I know the construction will be excellent, and the technology will be the latest in efficiency and green techniques. I trust the quality and integrity of DSC.
