Residential Designer/Drafter 2d to 3d. I plan future projects as a 2-D and 3-D renderings for your Kitchen, Bath, Office, Laundry Room, Entertainment Center, Basement update, Fireplace update, whole house, as-built drawings with emphasis on space planning.  I listen and work with my clients; to investigate the best scenario for your home, space, and budget. I can bring a future space into reality with 2d and 3d renderings and supply you with drawings for building the space.

I also have a new homeowner service for new owners that don't know where to start. If are confident that the sale of the house is going to go through and want to get a head start on ideas and plans call me when your house is being inspected and I'll do field measurements so that we can generate as-built drawings. From the as-built drawings, I will generate what if 2D and 3D drawings. Keeping your ideas, wishes, and budget in mind. Cost for as-built floor plan can vary depending on square footage, ceiling height, and amount of detail that you are interested in.

> We enjoyed working with Clare and found significant value in receiving both 2D & 3D drawings for our large deck renovation.
> Our communication was 100% remote and we exchanged PDF's, notes and had phone calls to get the details nailed out. Clare even went ahead and gathered all of the existing site plan information (via HOA records and County website) on her own as soon as we said "Lets get started". We didn't have a very simple plan ahead of us, our current deck was a total of 300 sq.ft and we were asking for a space with over 800 sq.ft, including angled corners, working with our weird sloped property and multiple details which I felt were essential to the overall design of the space.
