A: The steps are flagstone, which is an Indiana limestone. They were original with the house (not part of our design or install) so they have decades of patina and wear.

A: Pachysandra terminalis (Japanese pachysandra). There was a pretty good size bed of Pachysandra on the site before we started working on the project and we added to that existing bed.
