We bought a home in 2021 that desperately needed updates and she helped turn it into our dream home. She took time to get to know us, learn our vision and lifestyles, our likes/dislikes and even negotiate major design conflicts my husband and I had between ourselves. She challenged us to take risks on some really bold colors which we do not regret (even though we thought she was crazy at first!). She challenges us not to go "too trendy" so that we would have designs that last us 20 years and make the most of our investment. I really liked how open, honest and clear she was about budget and cost tracking. She would guide us to spend more in some areas and then we'd claw back on costs in other areas. She made the process as easy as possible, buying for us, returning for us, and fighting for discounts for us. A lot of designers start with a full design draw-up and pre-selected color palettes etc before work ever begins, but Tina opts to let the project evolve organically and live its way into the answers... this was the right approach for us as we changed our minds a million times and had to adapt to supply shortages and strict timelines for personal reasons. Highly, highly recommend. I'm already planning to engage her again for future projects!
