are you able to share how this fence can be built and the list of materials with dimentions of wood

A: 4 x 4's, 2 x 4's and 2 x 6's, wire mesh, and cable.

I have 4 in. White oak floors and need advice on stain.  Thinking about dark walnut.  Is this color still in style or should I use something different.  Home is a open floor plan with a creamy vanilla cabinets and island.

A: Yes. The true character and color of the white oak would be a nice contrast to the dark beams.

The pendants are "Pakhus" from Louis Poulsen. We love them, because they are minimal, but take a standard A-19 bulb.
