> Debbie Basnett at Vintage Scout is super responsive and has excellent follow through.  I needed a designer to order a custom piece of art - out of state, to be delivered as a gift.  She handled it all beautifully. She was patient with a multitude of communications and clarifications before I ordered.  She was again patient and professional as I took time to make sure this was the piece I wanted.  When I placed the order with her she was on it and placed the order right away to get things started before a holiday weekend. Her original time estimate was fair (although we got lucky and the piece was ready a week early!).  She checked on the piece half way through the wait time and gave us a forecasted ship date.  The delivery company was excellent.  Excellent communication all the way around!  I would definitely use Debbie again!
