They installed a shower with glass doors, changed light switches to rocker switches, tiled the floors in the bath and adjoining walk-in closets and shower surround to the ceiling, and tile wainscotted the water closet, textured and painted the walls and ceiling, painted the doors and switched to new hinges and door handles, installed a custom vanity and new sinks, plumbing, lighting and mirrors. > On Time Baths provided the most thorough bid, furnished a designer to guide me though the selection process, had a 3-person guild-quality work crew, and best of all - completed the job in 15 work days. I thought the price was expensive and the job was not without a couple of mistakes, but they were made by the cabinet maker and On Time Baths made sure I was happy with the resolution. I never worried that I was working with anything less than a trust worthy, professional group. The proposal was quite specific and broken down into how much each part of the project would cost, given a certain grade of product. For instance, he showed how much he was allowing for the plumbing, tile etc. As it turned out, I chose things that were more expensive, and also made changes during the process, so I payed more than the contract said but all of this was clearly detailed in his invoices. > The workers were of high caliber and cleaned up each day before leaving. The owner stopped by almost every day, sometimes twice a day, to check on things and bring needed parts.
