> Ordered fixtures 1.5 months ago and 2/3 still not delivered causing a delayed project completion and extra electrician visit. Denied my very reasonable request to overnight. Horrible experience.

> had placed an order with lights.com in  early Mar 2024. The order was consistently delayed and over the period of a month I went ahead and cancelled my order. The refund is a whole different story. I have contacted multiple times via emails, chats, VM and still not refund. My amount is over $600 and I would want them to refund me asap. I hope my review would help anyone looking to order from this terribly managed company. I am starting to feel all of this is a scam. Stay away from this company.

> Purchased LED lighting for a bathroom project. The fixtures flicker at a rapid rate regardless of the recommended dimmer switch or lack of a dimmer. Sent the fixtures back for replacement. Was told they were in fine working order and would be returned to me.

Can a bulb be use that sticks above the socket or will the bulb always be recessed/not seen?

A: Thank you for your question. The bulbs are not recessed. This fixture does not include bulbs. When placed in the socket of the "Prospect 6-Light Round Chandelier, Chrome" the bulb is sticking out above the socket.

Thank you for your question. This bulb shape is called ST18 the base size is E26. Unfortunately, we do not offer a bulb with the shape A15.

Can you tell me the socket size for this chandelier? Also, can I use an LED bulb and dim with an LED dimmer? Thanks, nancy

A: Thanks for the great questions. The socket size is a E26 with a 60W MAX per Bulb. Yes this fixture is dimmable with a compatible LED Bulb and Dimming Switch. Our Flatbush LED ST18 bulbs are compatible with this fixture as well
