Mark Ashcroft is a dishonest individual who does not care about the people who complete these projects for him and yet he takes credit for the work that they do. He has a very bad track record in terms of payment to his subcontractors and is entrenched in various litigation. We shared ideas for what was going to be major renovations of two bathrooms, the main and master ensuite and also the powder room. They understood what we wanted and we moved along quickly. As usual, there were decisions to be made nearly every day during the project and API provided excellent advice which reflected common sense, value and style. Their ability to create a sophisticated and contemporary interior whilst maintaining the feel and flow of the original house is a highlight for us and our guests. Subcontractors were all professional, stood behind their work and deficiencies were taken care of in a fair and timely manner. Attention to detail is excellent and our house feels fresh and new 3 years after the project was completed.
