The first job they completed for us was in August of 2017 when they removed the drywall from one wall in our living room in order to expose the brick and repainted the other walls. We were away on vacation at the time that the renovations were being completed, and we found Ivy League to be trustworthy and dependable. When we we returned from our trip, it was clear that they had worked hard to minimize the spread of dust and dirt from the work. They did a excellent job cleaning the existing brick and making slight repairs where needed- the walls look amazing! The paint job on the other walls was neat and even and the entire project was completed in the time frame they had given us. > > The second project they did for us included minor repairs to our basement apartment (i.e., filling in holes in small holes in drywall and woodwork, repair of rotted woodwork in the bathroom, removing old bathroom fixtures) and painting of the entire basement. I appreciated Igor's thoroughness and attention to detail when he came to assess the project- he pointed out many details and issues that we had not noticed or considered and was honest and upfront about what varying levels of service would cost. Throughout the project, Igor was easy to get in touch with and flexible about communicating through text, email and calls. If there was any uncertainty in their understanding of how we wanted something done, he called to ask or confirm. The paint job looks wonderful- again, clean and consistent work. We also had them redo our family room by re-flooring, painting, and upgrading our lighting fixtures. The best thing about Ivy League is that you don't have to worry about anything, they take care of it. They are totally trustworthy too. We had to go away for a week and they took care of everything while we were gone. If you love your home, don't want to worry, have the most conscientious contractors who care very much about their work.........these are the guys for you!
