I had contacted another "Landscape Designer", who proved to be disappointing, wanting me to do my own design and just directing them what needed to be done. When I did some research, I found Shannon of Grina Landscape Design was so very highly recommended and reviewed by others in our new community. Upon contacting her, and at our first meeting, she provided a detailed questionnaire, which greatly enabled me to focus in on our desires as to how we wanted to enjoy our new garden spaces. Within a very quick turn around, she prepared a proposal that included pictures of our yards, and then overplayed with with sketches of the new plant and design scheme. She prepared a complete plant list, offering options. She presented beautiful landscaping solutions that we would not have considered or known about if it was not for her creativity. We live in a HOA control landscape community, so we had to submit our proposal for approval to the HOA Board, Shannon, prepared the complete file and application, insuring the Board would have complete and detailed information. The Board quickly approved our design and indicated their high approval of working with Shannon. The work crew that Shannon directed was just awesome! So very professional and competent. We absolutely love our new landscape design. We have had many others in our community ask for referrals to Shannon Grina after seeing our beautiful new yard.
