I have been in the Southern California window treatment business since 2000 - more than 15 years. Working initially with interior designers, I really enjoyed going into homes and businesses, meeting with clients and assisting in developing the character and style of their space through window coverings. In 2009 I closed my company, and worked for various blind and shade companies. Earlier this year, 2015, I am so excited to have now re-opened my own company in two locations: South Orange County and the Los Angeles South Bay area. (Palos Verdes, Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches as well as the Torrance area.) ### Services Provided - Custom Blinds & Shades ### Areas Served - Irvine - Mission Viejo - Newport Beach - Lake Forest - Laguna Niguel - San Clemente - Aliso Viejo - Laguna Hills - Ladera Ranch - Laguna Beach - Laguna Woods - Coto De Caza - Corona del Mar - Foothill Ranch - Portola Hills - San Joaquin Hills - Capistrano Beach - East Irvine - El Toro - Newport Coast ## Business Details | Field | Value | | --- | --- | | Business Name | Ocean Custom Drapery \| Blinds, Shutters & Shades | | Address | Aliso Viejo, California 92656, United States | | Phone | (949) 916-3023 | | Website | http://www.oceancustomdrapery.com/ | | Followers on Houzz | 13 | ## Contact - **Houzz profile:** [Ocean Custom Drapery \| Blinds, Shutters & Shades](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/window-treatments/ocean-custom-drapery-blinds-shutters-and-shades-pfvwus-pf~1761855431) - **Website:** http://www.oceancustomdrapery.com/ - **Phone:** (949) 916-3023 ## Credentials - **Best of Houzz:** 3 awards (2017–2020), for Service. ## Reviews **Overall rating: 5.0 out of 5 — 12 reviews** ### All 12 reviews **★★★★★ — olivethepit, Dec. 2019** > Excellent customer service! Working with Gina was by far the best experience of my entire house remodel. She came to my house multiple times and patiently helped me choose the best shades for each room. I had a unique request for custom motorized shades and she researched brands and managed communications with the manufacturer to get me exactly what I imagined. Once installed,I noticed minor manufacturing issue with the shades. Gina immediately contacted them and had them replaced. I wish everyone I worked with had the integrity and customer care of Gina. She is a rare find. **★★★★★ — Holly Larsen, May 2019** > Gina was wonderful to work with. I am so happy with all of my window coverings. I knew what I wanted except for one room, and her ideas and input were spot on. She took a lot of time to make sure everything was perfect. I definitely recommend her if you are in Orange County! **★★★★★ — Gregg Borman, April 2017** > Gina at Ocean Custom Drapery and blinds has been nothing but fantastic . My wife and I would highly recommend her (it's her company) for consulting on shutters/ blinds and purchasing shutters/blinds that will meet your needs. Gina knows her product lines and personally sees projects through to completion. She invited us to her house on a Sunday to see the product in her beautifully appointed home. > She sent us a text a few days ago to give us the status of our shutters and estimated delivery. She had the manufacturer's installer to come out and confirm her measurements prior to final order placement. > Had other shutter companies out but none provided the level of attention Gina does. Her eye for details is fantastic and she gives you all possible options to consider. Plus her pricing is highly competitive and she will work hard to meet budgets when possible. **★★★★★ — angelacalton, Sept. 2016** > Gina did a wonderful job with our window coverings in our home. > She is always punctual, has great followup and uses great installers. > I would recommend her highly. > Plus she is such a pleasant and joyful person. It was fun working with her **★★★★★ — Lum Pia, July 2016** > Gina provided us with products to upgrade our first floor window treatments: roller shades for both patio doors and new shutters to replace our wood blinds. Looking forward to getting second floor windows upgraded as well. Thank you! **★★★★★ — harrisfam2, July 2016** > Working with Gina Martucci of Ocean Custom Drapery and her associates has been a very positive experience. We found after receiving an unbelievably high estimate for cornice boxes from another local company and deciding we needed to shop around before making a decision. What a lifesaver she has been. She not only saved us from making a horrible mistake in fabric selection with that other company, but her prices turned out to be about half of what they were going to charge and her fabric and finished boxes are much better quality. In less than a month from our first meeting, our custom cornice boxes were installed and we love them! Gina is very knowledgeable and talented in design and fabric selection and I feel reasonably priced for the service and product she provides. She is extremely personable, honest, tactful in making suggestions, pleasant to work with, and kept us informed often as to the status of our order. She went the extra mile in putting our best interests first, including willingly referring us to a wonderful associate for additional work we wish to do. We are pleased to give Gina our highest recommendation. If you are looking for new window coverings, you should definitely give Gina a call. **★★★★★ — rselzler2038, April 2016** > Gina, Ocean Custom Draperies, was professional, accomodating, and provided us with outstanding service, quality products and was amazing from start to finish. Five star recommendations across the board, so fortunate to have located this company for our custom window treatments!! > R Selzler > Coto de Caza, CA **★★★★★ — Lance Ning, March 2016** > Gina was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Even though we ended up going with another company because they were having a sale at the time, Gina encouraged us to go with the other company because we were getting an unbeatable price. In fact, Gina even double checked for us to make sure we were getting quality products from the other company. Gina truly puts the customer’s best interests first, and we’d recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Next time we need anything for our windows, she’ll be the first person we turn to. **★★★★★ — jjzahrowski, March 2016** > Gina is knowledgeable, works quickly, and stands behind her products. I am very happy with the results and I strongly recommend her for your window covering needs. **★★★★★ — judy2012, March 2016** > We are very happy with the results from Gina's advice and design sensibility for our window treatments. We did a full renovation of our home and there were so many decisions to make along the way. When it came to the window treatments for our entire home, Gina was such an asset in the process. She had excellent practical and functional advice and she always kept the design aspect of the project in a high priority along with function. She is reliable, pleasant to work with and very talented. She took extra steps to be certain that the entire job met up to her high standards. We would highly recommend Gina. **★★★★★ — Summer Fish, March 2016** > I didn't know it was possible to get custom blinds so easily and for so much less than I expected. Gina came to my house, offered so many beautiful suggestions, measured, it was ordered and installed in no time. I now have beautiful remote controlled blinds that look amazing! So easy to use and keeps out so much heat! The whole process was so enjoyable. Installation was a dream, he arrived on time, was very friendly and showed me how to use my new remote, installed 3 Windows in under 30 min! And cleaned up like he was never there. I can't recommend ocean custom drapery enough, in fact I'm deciding which windows I'm upgrading next right now! > Gina is very knowledgeable about many different window coverings and helped me decide what would work best for my room, very friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. **★★★★★ — jlittle7483, Dec. 2015** > It was a delight working with Gina for window treatments in my newly renovated home. She made insightful recommendations to keep me within budget without sacrificing the look I was going for. She represents several lines of products and is so conversant in all their pros and cons that she was able to confidently steer me to the right treatment in every case - including a product I didn't know existed but turned out to be exactly the right answer for an awkward opening. The reason she gets five stars is because of the quality customer service she provides. Her follow up is amazing and she showed up during the installation to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. It was! Gina Martucci is my go-to pro for window treatments. ## Selected projects - [Custom drapery with custom cut hardware](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/custom-drapery-with-custom-cut-hardware-pj-vj~2934380) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 13 - [Shades](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/shades-pj-vj~1408542) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 24 - Description: Shades for your home come in a large selection of styles, fabrics, patterns and colors.
