The previous owner contracted with Roessler's Remodeling to make the necessary stucco repairs. Soon, we learned the home had termite damage affecting a load bearing beam and necessitating additional unforeseen repairs. Since we lived in Georgia, we couldn't be on site for all the repairs. Fortunately, Chris Roessler kept us up to date and provided frequent progress reports through emails, telephone calls and photographs. We were completely satisfied with the work performed in the initial contract. Consequently, we contracted with > Roessler's when deciding to make major alterations and improvements to both the interior and exterior of our home. A few of the upgrades included adding a full bath, updating 2 additional baths, replacing and repairing windows, doors, gutters, shutters, tile, air conditioning, painting and correcting drainage issues and re-landscaping (currently underway). > Roessler's Remodeling provides quality workmanship and stands by their work. They are dependable, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. As I'm setting up the one in the family room, I'm remembering reading a post about a rug pad leaving marks on a laminate flooring. I don't remember what type of page it was. Does anyone know if there are any contraindications for Ruggables with certain types of flooring? The second rug will be on hardwood and I have a slate entry that could benefit from a pretty, washable rug. Thanks in advance for any feedback. I just had my white pine floors refinished and want some rugs but have had bad luck with rubber backed rugs in the past . They actually pulled the finish off the wood **Q: Contractor doesn't like Brizo; online reviews do** *(in Design Dilemma)* I fell in love with a Brizo faucet for my bathroom. My contractor HATES Delta and Brizo, tied to a part they use that goes behind the wall, meaning if it fails, you have to open the wall. Every review I see online of this brand LOVES it. Has anyone, particularly a professional, had experience with this faucet brand? Thanks A: 2024 they sent me an entire new faucet.
