They could care less whether or not they've done their customers right or wrong! I HIGHLY recommend NOT doing business with these people. We had some cabinet doors that we ordered. We were quoted 1 week, or 2 weeks MAX. This went past the 2-week mark by several days even though I stressed to them that we needed them ASAP regardless of the pricing. Once a deadline hit, the cabinet doors we had ordered were no longer needed. When I went in to tell them that I needed to cancel the order due to the delay, they told me that the money I had paid them for the order was now theirs no matter if they had messed up or not. Basically "We screwed up but we don't care because we already have your money" was the exact feeling of the experience. The lady that handles the front was rude & is simply not good at what she is paid to do --\> customer service. I would assume after this point that the owner is wise enough to understand that there is not one sale that can be made that is as important as their reputation, which is a simple rule of successful business. The sad part about it is that the return shipping for them, I offered to have that deducted from the refund which is a nice gesture that's not typical from a normal consumer. At that point, it was obvious that when they still would not resolve the issue, THAT THIS BUSINESS IS NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY & COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If the owner would like to contact me, then this is still something that I'll consider making right between the both of us. I never do this & I hate to jeopardize the reputation of a business, but I just FEEL SO STRONGLY that I have been done wrong here. If you all are a good business with good business practices, then you take care of your customers & make things right!

> I purchased kitchen cabinets for my remodel.  They were installed by professional people who came when they said they would come and cleaned up when finished.  I also purchased granite counter tops, sink and new faucets.  We purchased a gas drop in cook top and electric built in ovens regular, convection and microwave with very competitive pricing.  They even sell tile had it installed and it is beautiful.  A year later I still can't believe this beautiful functional kitchen is mine.  I worked with Nathan on the design and changed it a few times to meet my needs.  He had a lot of good ideas I hadn't thought of.  They have many different styles and prices which would fit most people's price range.  He worked around my needs in a kitchen and was always there when I called.  I would recommend this company to anyone that wants professionals and good honest people that work for a honest company.

> I absolutely loved working with Hager and loved the results.  I built a new home, Nathan helped me design and come up with ideas for the kitchen.  It is the best part of my new home.  Everyone comments on how beautiful,  and unique it is.  We also had an area that needed shelving or built-ins that was not symmetrical, no one could come up with any ideas that seemed to work except Nathan, and the bookshelves look perfect.   The quality of the cabinets is great.  I did get other quotes and Hager cabinets was right in line with the other companies but the customer service was definitely better.  I would highly recommend Hager cabinets.

> I had my galley kitchen completely renovated with everything being removed down to the walls.  Nathan Kerr's attention to detail and deligence in getting the design just right was impressive.  He was able to work within my budget and still give me a kitchen fit for a magazine.  My friends are highly impressed when they see it for the first time.  I am extremely happy with my kitchen and with Hager Cabinets.  THeir knowledge, experience, and expertise are top notch.
