Firm hand pressure or a spline roller tool along the full length of the channel on both sides should keep it in place.

> Check your measurements onsite before you leave their business. The documentation attached to the door and door panels looked right but when we got them home and unwrapped the items the total measurements was too large for the opening, and the door was too high for the rough opening we provided.  The documentation provided did not match the actual measurements of the products they provided, its like we got the wrong door and window panels. The would not help us and replace them. As well, we were missing a door handle and they would not replace it, so we bought it on amazon at our own cost. They kept sending us to different sales people to wear us down when we called. I do not recommend this company. Their after sales service is non existent.

**Q: Is this material hail proof?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We use polycarbonate sheets in our translucent patio covers. Polycarbonate sheets are more flexible and stronger than acrylic sheets against hail. Please see the first video the link (Polycarbonate vs Acrylic Plastic) below.

**Q: Sunroom and deck question.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We are in the process of adding a sunroom over an existing raised deck and new deck to the side and stairs. The builder asked us how we want to 'finish' the bottom of the sunroom. 
Our house and the material of the outside of the room are both taupe colored. Deck will be grey composite and railings will be white. 
The builder suggested white around the bottom (not sure what to call this space but it clearly needs to be covered as you can see where our old deck railings were attached. 

I just don't want the finish part to look 'cheapy'. And I cannot find pictures of this anywhere. 

Anyone know how to make this look nice?

A: In this specific project, I think they used siding (or aluminum flashing) to cover the skirt board. They used same colour as sunroom frame.

**Q: Curb Appeal** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We bought a house a few months ago and it needs some help on the curb appeal side of things.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Landscaping is not my passion perse.
