Trilogy used sub-contractors that had been proven over the years, and their work was excellent. The Trilogy staff gave us design suggestions, recommended vendors, and helped us take advantage of sales as well as their contractor's discount. In addition, a Trilogy representative accompanied us to vendors' stores to help us make the best choice for our project and to interpret technical language as needed. They provided us with a detailed break-down of project costs prior to the job beginning, and the job was completed on time and on budget. Our kitchen was gutted, walls were removed (one load bearing), fireplace removed, and over half our home was affected. They were very patient with us and helped guide us through the decision process. We appreciated that we had an itemized budget prior to starting the project so we knew what expenses we were looking at and where we needed to dial our wish list back a bit.
