When we began a kitchen renovation project this year, we needed additional cabinetry. Because I had ordered additional cabinets twice before and was pleased with the color match, I had no real concerns. The first 2 attempts to match the stain color were unsuccessful, but the third sample door that was sent was great. Unfortunately, the cabinets and trim that were delivered more closely matched the other samples than the correct one. After a lot of communication through my designer (their rep), my designer suggested that I call to talk to a rep. When I tried to do that, I was told that the company never communicates directly with clients. In the end, Corsi sort of dealt with the problem by re-staining the new doors. The doors are now a much closer match, but the cabinet frames and the trim are still the original color. So I have $6000 worth of cabinetry that is not quite right. > > In the end, I don't know if the color match issue was my designer's or the cabinet company's error.
