Be sure to check out their newest neighborhood, Shepherd's Creek, off of Shea Road in Collierville, TN.

> The house Magnolia built is great.  I think the little things they providrd in the house make all the difference from other builders. Their attention to detail and the time in which they respond when things have gone wrong or need to be fixed is second to none.  I have been in the building supply business for 17 years and have had interaction with many home builders and Magnolia was very professional and provided a great product at a reasonable price.
