Studio 76, LLC. is founded by Nate Penati, AIA., F.E., LEED AP. and his wife Preeti Swaminathan LEED AP. Nate possesses Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Structural engineering and is duly licensed as architect in the states of Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. Preeti possesses a Master’s degree in Architecture. Our organization is a full service design-build firm. We are LEED accredited design professionals and EPA lead safe certified - CLASS A licensed contractors. Nate is also a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia.

Together we have combined experience of over 28 years and had worked for some well-known award winning architectural firms. Our mission is to diligently apply skills, talents, and life experiences to the construction of custom homes and fit-outs that adequately meet one’s personal standards and needs. We strive to make sure that our clients enjoy their building experience from initial planning to the completion of a project until which they call the house their home, or place of work their retreat.

> Studio 76 renovated our downstairs bedrooms, kitchen, and installed new flooring. They converted two existing small bedrooms and a small master bathroom into a master suite with a large bedroom, large master bathroom, walk in closet, and a powder room. They also totally renovated our kitchen, installing new cabinets, appliances, recessed lights and flooring. The design work was exceptional; Studio 76 converted space that was poorly designed into space that is much more livable and useful. They presented several design options and patiently walked us through each one. They are highly responsive to customer needs, answer inquiries quickly, and are totally focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Studio 76 for any home design and renovation project.
