The workforce was very puzzled and finally admitted that they had never done a job like this. Needed to hire different people to complete the job. Nevertheless the ownership demanded full payment of the original bid.

The workers on your project were very experienced in window and curtain wall installation. Often in construction projects,  conditions present themselves that are unique and have no precedent. However, it was not our intention to give you the impression we are in any way inexperienced in our field. Our job on your project was to install a curtain wall into existing openings. We completed our scope of work, however have never received payment.

**Q: Neat cabin, what type of frame design is that?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The frame that's been built looks like a timber wall frame. It's something that I'm currently working on at the moment. Mostly it's for the shed that my father and I are building together. http://www.trussesandframe.com.au/products-and-services

A: It is a true traditional timber frame structure.  Good luck with your project.

What is the price?

A: I don't know, the owner's bought it.  Actually, I think he had it in storage, because he used to sell antique furniture.

A: It is real linoleum (not vinyl) tile, made by Marmoleum.  The colors are Eiger, Coffee, and Horse Roan.  The clients love it.

I have knotty pine walls with posts and beams. I want to keep the post and beams in wood color but lighten walls and would like to know how you achieved this great look. Thanks!

A: I'm pretty sure that it's Minwax White Wash stain.   I prefer the contrast of having the wall/roof surface in something other than a clear coat finish.  It makes the timbers pop a little more.  Thanks for the question.

A: I'm pretty sure that it's Minwax White Wash stain. We pre-stained the boards before applying them to the frame. Thanks for the question.
