> I have used the services of Lyrd. Although I’ve met both owners, most of my communication was with Stephanie. Here is my main message to you. Understand what you are buying; double check if what you are asking and expecting is what’s going to be delivered. Especially make sure to read the fine print, and ask about any terminology that you’re not familiar with.
> When I met Stephanie, I tried to be very clear about what I was looking for. I wanted to get rid of the wall that separates my living room from my kitchen, and I wanted a fresh updated look to these two rooms that were going to become one conjoined space.
> I kept waiting for this final project that would finally show me how my kitchen and living room were going to look, because at this point, I only had seen a picture (rendering, as I’ve learnt later) of my living room. But that never came.
> My final project had a construction plan of both spaces and the previous rendering of my living room. There was never that final view of how my space was going to look. I would not recommend.

To even help eliminate some confusion, when requested as in your case, we send sample packets of what are deliverables will be so our clients know exactly what they will receive from us.  You received a deliverables packet before work ever began and what we provided you in the end matched our deliverables.  It was only after we had exhausted your retainer that you requested an "Hgtv style rendering" of the two new open spaces.   We would be more than happy to create one for you but it was not in the original written scope and as a service that charges by the hour- we will have to charge for our time rendering.
