### Reviews

**★★★★★ — FATHOM design company, Aug. 2021**

> George is knowledgable, professional and a joy to work with! He educates you on structural solutions and is enthusiastic during the entire process. A great firm that provides stellar work.

**★★★★★ — Amy Mierow, July 2021**

> George just wrapped up a sandstone job on my front patio, as well as some work in my backyard and I am thrilled with his work. I probably went through 10 contractors before Elite Tech USA. They came out immediately and figured out how to fix our transform our landscape to comply with what we wanted.. Then his crew came in and implemented the plans exactly as we asked. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get some work completed!

**★★★★★ — Paul Puchalski, Jan. 2020**

> When it comes to hiring a contractor in a new city, it's HARD. I moved from Chicago to NY where I was tasked to open a new office/warehouse for a company. Not knowing a single contractor, I spent days and hours researching candidates. Given my job was $60-80k, I needed someone I could count on. Upon meeting George, he's a very positive person and pleasant to be around. After receiving his quote, he was very well priced amongst other. Not too low, and not too high; just right. Once we started the job, he was punctual with deadlines and answered all of my phone calls throughout. I would recommend George to anyone looking for an honest contractor with a great attitude and fair pricing. Thanks George!

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you si much Paul! Looking forward to working with you again.

**★★★★★ — Ben Dettmer, July 2019**

> George and his team from Elite Tech USA were fantastic people to work and deal with for the remodeling project that they did at my house. They remodeled my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the 2 bedrooms. In the kitchen we remodeled the whole kitchen by replacing the cabinets, counter top, back splash, lightings, sinks, appliances and all the hardware. George has a great attention for aesthetics, functionality and beauty, The bathrooms were also designed and demolished completely and George redesigned it completely replacing the shower in one and the bath tub and shower in the other one.
> His communications skills also added a great amount of trust and and even the suggestions that he gave us in regards to the whole remodeling were a good plus. They were very patient with us during the selection process of all the materials, and even coming back multiple times. Heard so many bad stories of contractors that either left in the middle or did a bad job that caused to redo all the work again. This was certainly not the case with Elite Tech and the people there, they were efficient and even surprises happened, they did the work without any additional fees. We usually don't give reviews, but they were worthy.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you so much, Ben! Looking forward to working with you again on future projects!

**★★★★★ — Jose Trejo, July 2019**

> I would recommend this business without hesitation. We had our kitchen fully renovated, some closet doors replaced, all door knob hardware replaced, windows, one complete bathroom, floors replaced in the kitchen, part of the basement and the front stoop. I was happy with all my services and they always kept us up-to-date with the progress of the project. If you needed to reach someone, there was always someone available. I have a newborn and a dog and they were kind enough to always keep me informed so I could plan accordingly. The contract is very detailed and was accurate. Hope to work with them in the future.

**★★★★★ — George Loomis, June 2019**

> I think the best part of working with Elite is - months later - the lack of problems we’ve experienced with their workmanship. What a relief. Elite was referred to me for a full-home renovation last year, and they lived up to the recommendation.
>
> This is a new home, and we wanted everything to be just right. The job required knocking down walls, combining spaces, and repurposing several rooms. The kitchen was a major part of our work with them, as well.
>
> I would rather have a team care this much, than rush through the job to make it on time while sacrificing quality. A lot of expectations weren’t just met, they were surpassed. Thanks for the conscientious work. Passing along good word-of-mouth to family and friends.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Enjoy your new home, George! It was a pleasure working with you.

**★★★★★ — Clinton Lin, June 2019**

> My wife and I purchased a co-op in queens and had a few months to renovate two units (see pictures on the combined two unit renovation in Queens). This was our first ever renovation project and we had a lot of questions and concerns about contractors in NYC. After many interviews, my wife and I decided to select George and his team for our renovations. We quickly noticed and were very appreciative of the fact that George is a a man of his word. He and his team did what they said they would do. He also would give suggestions and come up with ways to save costs during the various changes to the work that we proposed. We could tell everyone truly liked their profession and were very skilled. Six months later and there are no problems with the renovations! Renovations take a lot of work from both the owners and the contractor and George always answered the multitude of questions. One thing that should be noted too was that George would always return a call, 100% of the time, if he couldn't answer immediately. Responsible man of his word would be our summation. Thank you George and team! Work very well done!

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you so much for the kind words, Clinton! We always make sure our clients are satisfied with our service.

**★★★★★ — Victoria Johnson, May 2019**

> I hired Elite Tech to complete a full home remodeling. This was my first time doing an entire home renovation, and there were so many details to oversee I could not have possibly done it on my own. I’m glad I chose these guys to do it all for me. I found a price that works, and I love how they allowed me to be part of the process from beginning to end. But honestly, I put so much trust in them as professionals that I was able to be calm during something that would generally stressful. Everything stayed within budget, which was a concern and a matching color scheme that I fell in love with. I had both needs met and now am enjoying my beautiful redone home.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you so much, Victoria! it was a pleasure working with you.

**★★★★★ — Karen Britt, May 2019**

> I wanted my kitchen to be remodeled with a modern design and added space. They not only transformed my kitchen to how I envisioned it but went above and beyond with exceptional service. They were punctual and completed the project on time. They treated my home with respect and I am especially grateful for it.
>
> If I ever need to remodel I will definitely hire them again and I have referred them to my family as I know without a doubt that any service from them will transform my home for years to come.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you so much, Karen! Looking forward to working with you.

**★★★★★ — HU-512242312, May 2019**

> I have to say, Elite Tech Renovations has sone outstanding work. I don’t really like leaving reviews but they’re work ethic needs to be broadcasted. I needed a team that renovate my entire household, gut, demo clean and remodel and they have surpassed my expectations. Although they went a bit off track on what I wanted, Elite Tech USA completed the job on my full Reno and I loved it all. Not a negative thing to say. Literally! From the bathroom to my new beautiful kitchen, the dining room opening my walls to give my residence an open feel, now I can breath and actually be happy being in my house! I 100% recommend Elite Tech USA for all your renovation needs. Not only was the work outstanding, but the contractors that were in and out were very respectful and pleasant. Never have I experienced such company. The price came in under budget as well which was a big deal for me and the wife. We thank you Elite Tech USA Inc renovations.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you so much! Looking forward to working with you again.

**★★★★★ — Anthony Russell, April 2019**

> I am beyond grateful, I had the choice to buy a new home or completely remodel the one I own. Being that I love New York so much I decided to stay and redo the whole house. I looked online and called a few places and I could tell just from The Who and How they answered the phone I didn’t want the service. I finally came across Elite tech USA and was pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff over the phone with getting information on what I want done.
>
> I had most of the whole house gutted out so I needed the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and basement redone. I thought it was too much but they insured that it was what they do. I honestly thought that I wasn’t going to be able to afford everything but the price was fair compared to other companies.
>
> I was able to do so much more like not only did I have a new living room but got a den added in from resizing the extremely huge space and turned my one bathroom into two full bathrooms one on each floor. Upgraded my kitchen to an island kitchen (wife’s ideas) and she loves it. Both bedrooms redone with walk in closets and huge windows with skylights.
>
> Overall it was more than I could ask for they took every idea I had and showed me something better and didn’t push me to agree I actually wanted what they showed me compared to what I showed them. Beyond professional and cautious with my over detailed expectations.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you so much, Anthony! We had a lot of fun doing the project. Looking forward to working with you again.

**★★★★★ — semone c, April 2019**

> My husband and I wanted to upgrade our old windows with new sets that were generously sized, restoring our old flooring and expanding the living space to make it more comfortable and enjoyable for our growing family. We wanted to avoid hiring the wrong company and searched the Internet to find a reputable home renovator that would be ready to work on our project. We were fortunate to find good contractors from Elite Tech USA Inc. Renovations. I’m excited that we hired these hard working contractors to help us obtain a satisfactory home renovation.
>
> They were meticulous with the way they carefully installed our new windows and using the right techniques to efficiently renovate our living space. I was happy with the finished results. The entire renovation was definitely worth the cost. Our home looks more stylish, sophisticated and updated with the right features. I plan to stay in touch with this company for other future home renovation projects.

**Comment from Elite Tech USA Inc Renovations:**

> Thank you for the review Semone! Nice doing business with you.

 - Description: In this kitchen remodeling project, we used a fresh white color palette for the island and countertops to make the area appear larger. The spacious island was created to provide an extra workspace that this kitchen requires. We opted for a neutral color palette of dark grays, whites, and blues for a modern, classy, and stylish space. The overhead white lights provide enough light for the area. While the blue gas range is a perfect pop of color to make it look fun & interesting! The sink we posit…

 - Description: A newly renovated ensuite bath that is chic & trendy! We were able to install a large overhead shower, tub, and large glass shower doors. We chose a clean color palette of crisp whites and black with a pop of turquoise. The bright whites, glass doors, and a large amount of natural light give the bathroom a spacious feel. The turquoise accents add style and glam. We ensured our client would have plenty of storage through cabinets and drawers as we wanted the client to be able to keep their newly…

 - Location: Brooklyn, NY

 - Description: Children tend to be attracted to the bright block colors of the color wheel rather than pastels or muted blends. So we come up with secondary colors green & orange as accent colors to make it fun and appealing. To tone it down, we chose white as our principal color for the majority of the room and its accessories. This project is close to heart, as I also have a 4-year-old son. We had so much fun working on this!
- [Midtown, NY](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/midtown-ny-pj-vj~5534272)
 - Location: New York, NY
 - Photos: 3
 - Description: Everyone will be amazed when they enter the house and stand in front of a stunning staircase with levitating treads in wood that is just supported by tempered glass. The minimalist theme continues in the kitchen. We were aiming for a functional, spacious and kitchen with lots of storage, which I believe we achieved on this project!
- [Financial District](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/financial-district-pj-vj~1935331)
 - Location: New York, NY
 - Photos: 2
 - Description: Architectural details add depth and character to otherwise plain spaces. Adding details to the ceiling will make it more connected to the rest of the space. Adding a large statement fixture at the center of the space is an ideal way to connect the upper and lower portions of a room. Just like what we used on this one, the light fixture is large but not necessarily heavy looking. We also extended the fireplace upwards with the use of tiles.

 - Location: Queens, NY
 - Photos: 15
 - Description: Open house concept is what we were trying to achieve in this project. While white is the major motif in the entire house, we added pops of color to make it more lively, but not too much! We used a lot of rugs in every room since there are no natural wall divisions.
- [BedStuy Studio](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bedstuy-studio-pj-vj~1226554)
 - Location: Brooklyn, NY
 - Photos: 2
 - Description: We used white cabinets and simple countertops to make it look clean and uncluttered. Added warm colored light fixtures to add depth to the kitchen color scheme. We also used black as a pop of color to break the monotony of the entire space.
- [Perry St., West Village, NYC](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/perry-st-west-village-nyc-pj-vj~1206213)
 - Location: New York, NY
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: The best way to make the most of your white paint is to choose the perfect neutral accent color. Neutral color is a pretty, warm, and light alternative to ordinary white wall colors. The bathroom space is a bit small, so it is best o create a walk in shower. So we created a frameless glass shower to make it appear bigger. Glass showers similar to this are easy to clean too!
- [Tuscan Brass](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/tuscan-brass-pj-vj~3959164)
 - Location: Brooklyn, NY
 - Photos: 1
 - Description: Decorating with metallics, especially gold, is a trend right now! This stunning bathroom looks chic with gold accents, but not over the top. Gold fixtures look great with almost any color scheme, but we love the simple white-and-marble look seen here.
- [Beautiful Lilac Marble](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/beautiful-lilac-marble-pj-vj~1996235)
 - Location: New York, NY
 - Photos: 2
 - Description: The floor area is a bit small for this bathroom, so we used gray marble tiles to add character. We used a glass wall to separate the shower area to make it appear even larger.
- [Upper East Side Apartment](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/upper-east-side-apartment-pj-vj~4636126)
 - Location: New York, NY
 - Photos: 2
 - Description: Walk-in showers have several advantages over the regular shower or the "shower in the bath". First is it is easy to clean, another wonderful advantage is that walk-in showers fit in any bathroom size. A walk-in shower is currently a trend and is considered a modern style. It's all in the choice of tile and decor items. Neutral background tiles work better with this type of design. A walk-in shower increases your home's value, especially if you are conscious of the accessibility issue.

 - Location: New York, NY

## Community Q&A

**Q: Kitchen design disaster** *(in Appliances)*

Folks, I have created a design disaster. I have a small 1960's ranch. I started a kitchen remodel, did lots of designs, chose one with the sink in the island and the cooktop behind it, appliances on the back wall. Then I realized that thanks to the more open floorplan which removed a wall between the living room and the family room, you could now see my refrigerator from the front door! Not what I was going for! In fact, if the fridge and the double-ovens are anywhere on the back wall, you will see them from the front door.
The kitchen is 18 ft. long and 11 feet wide. It faces the dining room (the original family room with corner fireplace). There is no wall in between. The sink and cooktop are 36", the pantries are 48" the cabinets on either side of the fridge are 30".
Having moved the plumbing for the sink and the gas for the range, the position of the range and the sink can't change, but I want the big appliances to face the back of the house, not the street, so that that they will be hidden from view of the front door and entry hall. This means shifting the position of the island without shifting the position of the sink. This puts my sink at the end of a peninsula. I need to know if this will be too weird. Thanks for your advice.

This is the future design leaving the sink at the end of the peninsula.
Below is what happens if I put the appliances on the back wall. I could put either a peninsula or an island in the center, but in this design, there is a 42" walkway on the left, and nothing but a wall, no appliances.

A: second design is best, but you have to take care of the oven with filler and fridge is missing panel as well

**Q: Vanity and floor tiles** *(in Photo Questions)*

What make is the vanity and what brand and color are the floor tiles?

A: Hi, the vanity is prom Pircelanosa with custom cararra, floor is honed Nero Marquina

**Q: Just bought a house to rehab - need help with open kitchen** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I just bought a house that I plan to rehab. Pics below. I need help deciding what to do with the design of the open kitchen and bathroom. Pics below. I have almost no knowledge of this stuff.

Last one is the bathroom

A: For a good GC with designer or without should be peace of cake.
I am almost finishing with similar project in Bay Ridge Mention.
This might help :)
