> Recently we had the pleasure of having Brightwing Exteriors do a major siding project.  We had used them previously for a smaller project and were very impressed; so we called them again.
> From planning, pricing, keeping us informed at all times regarding the schedule and any surprises, the quality of the work, and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone involved the project and the results were excellent.  Fran and Hector led the project, and I do not think you could find anyone better, more honest, or more professional.  Their communication with us and within the team was very impressive,
> And, about surprises, the project was to replace vinyl siding (damaged by the recent hail storm) on a 2 story building.  The original construction (20 years ago) was interesting.  It turns out that vinyl siding may not be as attractive as other choices, but it can hide some pretty shoddy construction underneath it.  I had suspected things were not done correctly, but out of sight, out of mind.  Removing the original siding revealed all.  They took everything in stride and fixed the issues.  Yes, they had to charge for the extra work, but the additional cost in each case was very reasonable.

> I have used Brightwing twice...once, about ten years ago at my business (which turned out amazing); and most recently at my home. Both times I worked closely with Fran who was completely professional and constantly in contact. The project turned out beautifully, just as we expected. Hector and his crew showed up early every day, and worked so fast, I couldn't believe the progress. These days it's almost impossible to get a contractor to move quickly and finish on time. But that's exactly what Brightwing did. Fran gave me an estimate of about two weeks and that's when they finished. Kudos to Hector who was so knowledgeable about the project and kept things running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate in the least to hire Fran, Hector and Brightwing again.

> I don't usually write reviews but they deserve it.  The first thing for me was communication.  It was absolutely A+ and isn't always with contractors in my experience.  Makes such a difference.  In terms of the work, it was a complicated install.  Modern, no trim (so need perfect cuts), all the mechanicals are on that side, rain screen, etc.. they nailed it, coordinated the plumber and electrician and did it on time.  Not to say everything went perfectly, it didn't.  A water line was punctured in one of the walls at one point and they had it triaged, fixed and resheathed in 30 min and were back to work siding.  To be fair the line was run right up to the sheathing so maybe not great plumbing?   Panels went in perfect relative to plumb and to each other.   Looks near perfect really and 100% solid.  Thanks guys...  Maybe the best contractor experience I've had.

The Brightwing Project Manager worked with us to select products and recommended construction options to meet our requirements.
