> I bought a Groupon to have an photo on digital painted canvas. Thank goodness I didn't pay the full $200 price as it looks like they just "slapped" some paint around on the picture. Very poor quality & canvas is wrinkled. I notified them & the customer service is very poor. They would never admit their shortcomings even after I sent pictures. Told me I could send it back & TRY to get my money back from Groupon...never offered to pay for return shipping. I've spent all the money I'm going to on this. Don't use this company if you want quality!!

> Its been 15 days since I ordered, haven't received the photograph so I cannot review the print quality.
> You cannot reach them through email or phone, so customer service is non-existent.
>
> I would never order through them again.
>
> EDIT 02/02/2016
> After hearing back from customer service, and realizing the delays was due to weather I can understand why the order took this long. Customer service (through facebook page) was responsive and took care of multiple issues with shipping charges promptly.
>
> So finally I received the prints, and even though I increased the rating to 2 stars, the print quality is far inferior than I imagined. Same file printed on a paper shines compared to the dull print that I received on acrylic.

**Comment from Pixtac.com:**

> VGithaca, We usually send all our order after 14 days. It doesn't look like we was latte with your order. Due to the Blizzard and State Emergency here in NJ our company was close for those days. Her is a copy of the chat between you and our representative Engji.

> Tracking \#9400111899563387338763, yes it was out on the January 20, We have many packages that are still not delivered due to the weather, We are in touch with the carrier an they will update hopefully all the clients on their status. Sorry about all this miss-timing but due to the safety of our employer we was close for four consecutive days.

> The quality of my prints was outstanding! First of all I really love this product idea, second of all.. they came out so so well I really was blown away. Ordering it was a breeze, it arrived perfectly on time, the installation was very easy, they send you a 1:1 print out of your frame template - you hold it on the wall and you can dot where the nail marks are or you can nail it through the paper and tear it off, regardless, easy. They're easy to clean, they stay clean; super secured. Thanks Pixtac for such a great product, my girlfriend loves them and as do I.

> I have just purchased a groupon for 3 16x20 prints on pixtac.com website. My first step was to e-mail their support asking the best color profile and resolution for my images for a top printing quality based on their experience and equipment. I'm going to use this review to report my experience with these folks from start to finish. BTW, my images were taken using a Nikon D750 so image size should not be an issue.
>
> More to come...for now I leave the ratings at 50% and will adjust accordingly.
>
> First update : My first questions were answered by the customer support promptly. Great job !

> "Product was great! Had one small issue and Customer Service was very helpful and resolved it immediately. Will buy from Pixtac again!"

**★ — Jenny Blond, June 2015**

> WARNING! I ordered my acrylic photograph from this company
> Do not buy. Low quality (warped on arrival) print. Poor customer service. Complete waste of money.

**Comment from Pixtac.com:**

> Jenny, We try to find your files and make sure your files are high resolution as we requested , We have a waiver to approve your image. Can you email us at support@pixtac.com and will make sure to review your files again. Thank you

> I placed two orders with them. The first came in and I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality. They are basically poorly printed images glued to plexiglass. The images themselves are not accurate to color-it is like they tried to color correct the images, which in turn made them over exposed and added noise to the images. There was MAJOR printer banding throughout the image. I print my own images and would be disgraced if something that poorly printed went out to a client. The result was an off color, blurry, pixilated image.
>
> There was also lint trapped between the "glass" and the image, as well as bubbles where the adhesive didn't take. One of the corners was damaged but not enough to be noticeable so I was going to let it slide.
>
> I contacted them and they said that the image quality was my fault - even though they were high quality when I sent them.
>
> I had a Groupon for these images and that is the only reason I am not pursuing this beyond a bad review. Their customer service seemed helpful at first but then did not address and issues beyond the fact that the low image quality was my fault. Had I paid full price for these I would be outraged. They are not worth that cost they are selling them at. I would not recommend them to anyone.

**Comment from Pixtac.com:**

> Brittney, Very surprising to see this review after we are trying to solve your problem with low resolution quality photos, We agreed to replace your files but due to low resolution that your photos have it makes it impassible to print them with better quality. We have send you some examples on the difference. Please, if you have a better quality photo please send them to Support@pixtac.com and would be glad to reprint them for you.

**★ — jmorri36, June 2015**

> Waited two months for Pixtac to process our order for two photos, and if you go to their website to check your order status it simply says "processing." They're not worth the headache.

> I got 10 groupons for this product because I love acrylic prints and my home looks like a gallery. I felt violated when I received the product. Here is the reason:
> 1\. They claim Acrylic Prints and their promotion reads 'photos on acrylic' which is not true. They print pictures on paper (Epson) and then laminate them with a thin sheet of glass.
> 2\. The glass laminate is so thin that with the mount attached in the back, the ppicture kinda bulges out with larger prints like a 20 x 16.
> 3\. In another smaller print, they cropped the picture more than my submission. I requested that they fix that by giving me a reprint. They said they would send me a return envelop but that never happened.
>
> So in short, they dont deliver what they claim or are attempting to mislead their customers. If, however, you have no idea what acrylics are, then their product looks fine. However, you can paper print at Walmart too.

> We just received our Pixtac and we LOVE IT! what a great product. It was so easy to hang thanks to your directions and everyone that comes into our office ask where we got it.
