Very expensive up front design costs. Produced permit plan set with a structural issue (how does that happen?). They were bought by a larger company just after we signed contract, and many workers left off were let go. Walked in with a mature design layout and were told they could meet our planned build in 12 months. Designer changed to a new hire, and changes from design meetings were repeatedly not accomplished. Calls and emails to the company went unanswered for up to 3 weeks. Delay after delay till unsigned permit plan set with structural issue was presented 12 months later when build was supposed to happen.
